The application of the super special block pulley is the first new mine auxiliary shaft in China.

In July 16, 2004, Hebei Tongli pulley Co., Ltd. successfully completed Siping new auxiliary shaft derrick closure for Hegang group Xingan mine. The first largest auxiliary well derrick of Hegang coal mine was closed, and the pulley group of different specifications of 30T to 200T produced by Hebei Tongli Block company was adopted. The whole closure system was designed scientifically, safely and reasonably, to complete the vertical erection of the derrick, which made the project advance 10 days ahead of time and created a great deal for the Hegang group. Economic efficiency has also created a good example of engineering, and has been highly praised by customers.
