According to the needs of the hoisting belt in port, wharf and sea construction, the MC nylon block

has been developed with the R & D center of Tongli. The pulley has wide and narrow wheels, which

is suitable for the demand of different hoisting belts.

The lifting sheave made of MC nylon has the following characteristics

1. MC nylon sheave has good wear resistance and self lubrication performance, and its wear life is 4-5 times higher than that of steel

and iron sheaves.

2. Do not damage the dual material, more suitable for high-strength sling.

3. To meet a wide temperature range, can be used in the temperature range of 40 to 100 DEG C.

4. Can shock absorption, do not produce noise, smooth operation.

5. light weight, corrosion resistance, non stick water and no rust. It is more suitable for port, dock and offshore operation.

The application of MC nylon in the lifting industry

MC nylon pulley is excellent in corrosion resistance. It is not rusty in sea water or in wet environment. It will not damage steel cable

because of non-rust. The initial lubrication of steel cable in groove can reach the best use effect.

The characteristics of MC nylon pulley are self lubrication and metal soft. Because of the good toughness of MC nylon pulley, the

deformation and distortion of steel cord and the friction between steel wire are reduced accordingly, so that the steel cable is

protected and the service life of the steel cable is prolonged.

MC nylon can not only be connected with steel wire rope, but also more suitable for hoisting and connection of round hoisting belt,

wide body lifting belt and so on.
